Do you visit other areas than those advertised?

We do visit users outside of this area but a small additional charge may occur.

Is there a minimum charge?

No. We obey to the strict rule of: No Fix No Fee

I have lost the original installation cd/dvd's, can you still help?

Yes we can. We hold a selection of legal media which can assist us in fixing your problem, but it is always very useful and less time consuming if you do have the originals.

Most new modern laptops and pc's now come with the backup's built in and we can use this instead to recover your system.

Do you need to take my machine away?

We don't normally need to take your computer away. The exception being that we can't fix it at your home location. But we will always return it with no extra charge!
